Tracy Tegart

Tracy Tegart, M.A., has more than 20 years of experience in performance-based, people-centered learning and development programs. Throughout her career, Tegart has been a collaborator and advocate for projects that build on existing talent, deepen staff capacity, and ultimately drive student outcomes.

Tegart is the Associate Director of Professional Learning at Accessible Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Systems (ATLAS), a research center at the University of Kansas with more than 150 staff and more than $20M in annual revenues. She leads the ATLAS Professional Learning Team.
